If you want to cultivate and experience a deep sense of gratitude, peace, love, fulfillment, and joy…

Then you will enjoy the meditation below that I’ve created.

I’ll describe the meditation, share with you something that I’m up to called 100 Cases, and then I’ll include a video link to the meditation at the end of this email.

I began meditating several years ago.

It’s had a profound impact on my life.

Research shows meditation can improve our wellbeing and have lasting effects on our health and happiness.

The first time that I meditated I was in a recovery meeting.

I’ve since learned meditation techniques from various sources including Tony Robbins, Vishen Lakhian (founder of Mindvalley), Ray Dalio (founder of Bridgewater Associates), books, videos, and more.

At first I had no idea what to do.

Do I just sit still for a while?

Do I reflect on something?

What the heck is meditation?

I think I might fall asleep.

Turns out, meditational experiences vary.

I’ve combined my favorite ways of meditating into a powerful 8 step framework.

If you begin your day with this simple meditation, you can cultivate an emotional state that can improve your energy, wellbeing, clarity, productivity, and much more.

Here’s how it goes…

STEP 1:  Your space => Be in a space where you can be alone and undistracted by anything or anyone.  You might also enjoy playing meditation music and/or lighting a candle.

STEP 2:  Close your eyes and breathe =>  Complete the following breathing sequence…

  1. 30 quick breaths in and out through your nose.
  2. 15 medium-paced breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
  3. Inhale deeply filling up your whole body and hold your breath for as long as you can (while holding your breath, allow you body and mind to slowwwwww dowwwnnnn and center). When you need to breathe, exhale nice and slowly.

STEP 3:  Continue breathing slowly, fluidly, and rhythmically in and out through your nose.

STEP 4:  Gratitude =>  Take about 1 minute for each of the following…

  1. Think about 10-20 things within your presence for which you are grateful. For example, your ability to breathe, your heart that’s beating and pumping a life force through your body, your health, your ability to move, fresh water, food, friends, family, loved ones, your living space, etc.
  2. Think about an experience from your past when you felt so thankful that you were moved to tears, and step right back into that moment in your mind’s eye. See if you can even relive it and feel as deeply as you can how you felt then.

STEP 5:  Spend 30 seconds focused and meditating on the words love and peace. If your mind wanders at any point throughout this meditation, that’s normal and okay. Kindly bring your attention back without judgment and continue where you left off.

STEP 6:  Imagine God, the Universe, a Higher Power (whatever it is that you believe in) shining a powerfully bright white light into and throughout your entire being. Feel it illuminating your spirit and strengthening ALL the very best parts of you — your courage, strength, brilliance, passion, power, loving kindness, compassion, focus, determination, etc.

STEP 7:  Now imagine sharing and sending that Light with all the people in your life who you love and anyone you’d want to receive it.

STEP 8:  Thank your Higher Power for another day to live, love, and be loved, and when you’re ready, open your eyes.

It might be best to simply hit play on the link at the end of this email so you can be guided through each step of the Meditation.

I’ve learned that my core and authentic self is naturally happy, joyous, grateful, peaceful, and powerful.

I’ve also learned that over time certain obstructions (thought patterns, limiting beliefs, judgments, stories) have clouded my core and authentic self.

I’m committed to mastering bliss.

So I’ve done a lot of work to clear obstructions.

I’m constantly on the lookout for new obstructions and any lingering obstructions that have been hiding in my blind spots.

I’ve recently become aware of an obstruction circulating in one of my blind spots.

This dramatic story I’ve created about leaving the law and giving up everything for which I had worked so hard.

Now that I’m aware of it, I’m changing the story.

The truth is that I never gave up anything.

I transitioned from a position at a law firm to starting my own coaching business.

That path was the best path to get me to where I am today.

I’ve learned more about coaching through law school and practicing law than I did studying coaching at NYU.

And I’m actually still representing clients.

Just in a different capacity.

I take a stand for their truth and represent them to win any life trials that they are facing.

My adversary is anything in the way of my clients’ natural ability to create the lives they desire and deserve.

I’m therefore closing out 2019 and beginning 2020 with something that my spectacular coach, John Patrick Morgan, has helped me to create, called 100 CASES.

I’m giving away 100 coaching conversations to anyone who wants me to represent them through whatever life trials they might be facing.

I’m standing for your truth.

I’m standing for your freedom.

I’m standing for your success.

I’m standing for your happiness.

And I won’t give up until we WIN.

I’m really grateful that people have already begun signing up.

If you would like to sign up too, please go here and schedule a 120-minute session to my calendar.

Former clients, you are welcome to be part of this too.

Imagine the area of your life where you would love to create a breakthrough the most.

Bring that to the session and let us create it!

And if you think this could make a difference in one of your friend’s or family member’s lives, may I request that you please share with them what I’m up to.

Thank you so much.

Create a wonderful week.

Live and Love FULLY.

Believing in you,
